About the Society

The Korean Society of Nursing Science (KSNS) is an academic research organization established in 1970, with over 4,200 active members including professors, researchers, and field leaders.

Members are primarily affiliated with 201 nursing education institutions and various research institutes across Korea.

Mission & Goals

The society's mission is to promote nursing science through domestic and international academic activities, develop innovative nursing technologies, and contribute to policy-making and public health improvement.

To achieve these goals, the society:

  • Supports academic nursing research
  • Advances nursing education initiatives
  • Publishes and disseminates scholarly journals

Affiliated Societies
